These terms govern your use of Flaingo (flaingo.com), our travel search, AI assistant, user accounts and price alerts.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Flaingo Konrad Zamirski, De Galerij 1 , 4261DG Wijk en Aalburg, Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].
2. Nature of the service
Flaingo helps users search and compare travel options and sends users to external partners. Prices, availability, schedules and conditions may change. The partner determines the final price and booking conditions before purchase.
3. AI assistant
The AI assistant helps formulate searches and present results. It can make mistakes, so check important details with the partner before purchasing. The assistant does not make bookings on your behalf.
4. User accounts
Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for use of your account and should report access problems. You can delete your account from the user panel.
5. Price alerts
Price alerts are informational. Notifications depend on available partner data and do not guarantee that the same price will still be available when you open the offer.
6. Affiliate links
Flaingo may receive a commission when a user completes a qualifying action through a partner link. This does not increase the price set by the partner unless the partner expressly states otherwise.
7. Liability
Flaingo aims to provide useful and current information but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or continuous availability. The relevant partner is responsible for booking, payment, cancellation and delivery of the travel service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not bypass security controls, overload the service, use it unlawfully, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or infrastructure.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
